Please feel free to let us know your needs; which we hope to be able to complete. The length of the sessions will depend on your physiological state; the usual sessions are between 60 and 90 minutes long.

Regarding your diet, reduce the consumption of sugars, simple carbohydrates, and fats, and completely avoid junk food, tobacco, alcohol, and supplements that have not been prescribed by a healthcare professional. Additionally, it’s recommended to adopt healthy habits like regular exercise and ensuring you get enough rest, as this will not only improve your overall health but also enhance your cellular regeneration capacity.

Yes, there is a protocol of feedback and support strategies lasting one year.

The requirements are:

  • 3 towels
  • Sandals
  • 4 changes of comfortable clothes (for exercise, yoga, etc.)
  • Tennis shoes and hat (for hiking)
  • An enema kit
  • A jacket
  • 3 swimsuits (for sauna and hydrotherapy)
  • Your own pillows (suggestion)
  • No cosmetics (only shampoo and soap, organic, including pasta)
  • Sleeping bag or a thick blanket
  • Yoga and Feldenkrais mat
  • Large abdominal bandage (wide for wrapping)
